Next bit of shoulder rehab!

This is it, having had my shoulder op at the beginning of the year it is time to get fit again and what better way than to begin to train for a Childhood Dementia Initiative hike! Hoping that you will support me as I get some serious steps under my belt, or maybe even come and join me on this 3 day hike of a lifetime!
