Ela's Story
Sunday 21st JunHi, my name is Daniela, and for the past eight years I’ve had the privilege of knowing, supporting, and loving two incredible siblings who live with Childhood Dementia.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed the heartbreaking reality of childhood dementia, a group of conditions that gradually steal skills, memories, and abilities from children and young people.
This July, just one week before my 30th birthday, I’ll be taking on my first HYROX Women’s Doubles. It will be one of the biggest physical challenges I’ve ever undertaken, and I wanted to use this milestone birthday to support a cause that has become incredibly close to my heart.
My goal is to raise $3,000 for Childhood Dementia Initiative while also helping raise awareness of a condition that many people have never heard of.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help fund research, advocacy, and support for children and families affected by childhood dementia.
