Meet the Brookie Birds
We met at F45 Brookvale about eight years ago, and what started as morning HIIT classes has turned into a wonderful flock of friends. Since then, we’ve trained, travelled and drunk an irresponsible amount of coffee together. These days you’ll find us at Code 5 Brookvale, mostly turning up for sessions and always for Saturday coffee.
Our beautiful Meg is part of that flock - she’s mum to Isla and Jude, who are living with childhood dementia, and she's also the fabulous force behind the Childhood Dementia Initiative (CDI).
In April 2027, we’re proudly walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain to raise more awareness, more research and more hope for kids and families like Meg's.
